Adults of all ages are invited to experience this gentle and inclusive introduction to Tai Chi. In this adaptive class, participants are offered seated, standing, or standing with side support options, and are asked to wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes (tennis shoes are great!). No experience necessary. Participants are welcome to attend one, two, or attend them all (July 18, 25, and August 1)!
