The holidays are quickly approaching! Whether you’re shopping online or in person, it’s important to remain safe as the holidays are a scammer’s Christmas. In this all-encompassing presentation and discussion, you’ll learn about smart shopping tips, identity theft and how to utilize the free consumer services offered by the Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin. In addition, we’ll talk about how you can learn about the scams taking place in your area, and what to do if you or a loved one becomes a victim.
This event will be hosted virtually through Zoom; more information will be emailed to you upon registration. Zoom is a free video platform, and you can watch on a browser, through the free mobile app for ios(link is external) or android(link is external).
