Eat Smart, Live Strong is a 4 week nutrition and cooking class that focuses on eating more fruits and vegetables, getting 30 minutes of physical activity per day, and how to eat healthy while staying within a food budget. Each week, we will have a lesson and discussion on a topic, followed by preparing a recipe. We will eat the food together as lunch, and set goals for the following week.

Session Two: Challenges and Solutions (October 21st)

Session Three: Colorful and Classic Favorites (November 2nd)

Session Four: Eat Smart, Spend Less (November 9th)
