Red, White, and Read! With UW Student Athletes

Join Madison Public Library Librarians and volunteers from the University of Wisconsin Student chapter of the United Way for a celebration of reading! Join us for a great big read aloud together, then break off into smaller groups to explore a new book with UW student athletes as guest readers. Stick around for a very Badgery craft and fun with UW students. 

Spending time together and reading aloud with young children promotes healthy brain development, improves language and listening skills and helps to build a lifelong love of reading. Library programs are always free. Siblings and childcare groups are welcome. Masks are encouraged, but not required for children's programming.
