Writing Across Generations: A Drop-in Event

Description

Be the ancestor you wish you had! Get started creating stories for future generations to enjoy, by joining with like-minded people to write and discuss our life experiences.

We’ll start with a writing prompt, then spend some quiet time writing together. We’ll finish with (optional) sharing of what we wrote. You’ll be guided by memoir writing coach Sarah White. Not quite the program you’re looking for? Come anyway and share ideas. Let’s spark a writing community in South Madison.

When: Monday, December 6, 2021, 10:15 -11:45 am

Where: Goodman South Madison Library, 2222 S. Park Street

Free. No advance registration required. Bring writing tools. No food or beverages, please.
