Paper Folding: Make a Moravian Star

Sequoya Library volunteer and veteran paperfolder Alice Page will lead this intergenerational workshop especially for young people ages 8 and up* attending with an adult companion. Alice has many fond memories of making Moravian (or Froebel/German) Stars with her own mother as winter approached, and hopes this will be an opportunity for your to connect and create with a loved one, too!
*Please note that this workshop requires patience, ability to follow multi-step-directions, and attention to detail--you know your young person best--not all youth under age 12 may be ready for this particular project.
All materials provided. Please register one person in your pair or trio. Registration opens at 9am on Saturday, 11/9.
